Just a couple of things....

  1. Thank you for the replies to the previous post regarding monster 3 year old issues. I do appreciate the help and will try both milk substitute (already started) and mommy time outs.
  2. What is "Meme"? I see it everywhere and don't quite understand.
  3. Will update blog starting tonight - just got back from CA, hubby "ships out" Saturday. =(

In Blogspeak, a meme is an idea that is shared and passed from blog to blog, like a question posted in one blog and answered in many other blogs. ...

I didn't know either, so I googled it and this is what I found.

And just so you know, parental advice is always welcome on my blog. I think I will try and space out feedings and get my little boy on a schedule.

A meme is a shared idea, but in the blogosphere, it's an opportunity for someone to add their own special spin to something. For example, you can do a meme where you list 10 favorite movie quotes and have your commenters guess the movies. You can do something like those "get to know me" e-mails where you list your preference for either cherries or blueberries, the last time you cried, and the type of car you drive. Lately, most memes require the participation of commenters, though, beyond a commenter taking that meme and using it on her/his own blog. :)

Memes are also blog fodder - for those NaBloPoMo days whenyou don't have anything to post ;-)

Sorry Jerry's leaving, the only good news is the sooner he goes the sooner he gets back and life returns to normal.
